Summary
Dan focuses on all aspects of commercial litigation, construction litigation, property rights, bankruptcy and professional liability claims. Dan represents a host of different businesses including commercial property developers, banks, energy companies and contractors. He has been practicing law in Colorado since 2004, and has succeeded in obtaining orders for injunctive relief and replevin for his clients as well as securing settlements and money judgments for clients through trial or by summary judgment. After obtaining degrees from Princeton University and the University of Montana, Dan attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree and tutored students in property law.
