Summary
Luke focuses his litigation and trial practice on business disputes involving employment, securities, health care, motor carrier and transportation matters. He has represented businesses and individuals before federal and state courts, in arbitration proceedings, and before state, federal and private regulatory authorities including the Colorado Public Utilities Commission, the Industrial Claim Appeals Office, the Colorado Civil Rights Division and EEOC, the Colorado Air Quality Control Commission, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and FINRA.
Luke was born and raised in southern Colorado where his family has lived for generations. Although he maintains strong ties to that community, he loves living and working in Denver. He spends much of his free time volunteering for WeeCycle Colorado – a nonprofit founded by his wife that provides new and gently used baby gear to low income families in the Denver metro area.
