Deborah Bayles, a shareholder in Jones & Keller's tech center office, is a contributing author for two chapters of The 2010 Practitioner’s Guide to Colorado Business Organizations, published by the Continuing Legal Education branch of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. Deb co-authored Chapter 6: Foreign Qualifications and Chapter 23: Buy-Sell Agreements.

Deb practices with the Banking, Lending & Financial Institutions, and Business& Corporate practice groups at Jones & Keller. The 2010 Practitioner’s Guide to Colorado Business Organizations is available from CLE in Colorado, and the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations.
